Private rooms
One shared link. Ideas brought together.
Work on a project, prepare a presentation or catch up with your group. Create a video meeting room and share its link.
Create a private room
Take an idea into a conversation.
A room brings up to six people together in a dedicated meeting interface. Check your camera and microphone before entering, then invite others with the room link or code. Everyone keeps their audio and video controls within reach throughout the conversation.
Show what you mean.
A design, document or application: share your screen, a window or a tab using the options available in your browser. Your presentation appears alongside the participants. Use chat to send a link, question or detail without interrupting the person speaking.
Choose what is behind you.
Blur your camera background, choose a Meetlander background or upload your own image. Camera, microphone and background preferences carry over between the world and rooms in the same browser. Segmentation quality depends on lighting, movement and your device’s performance.
Ready to join?
- Create your room and check your camera preview.
- Send the link or room code to your guests.
- Join the meeting to talk, write in chat and present your screen.
Before you step in.
Who can join a private room?
Anyone with its link or code can join, up to six participants. There is currently no password or host approval. Share the link only with the people you expect to attend.
Can I share just one application?
Yes, if your browser offers window sharing. Select it in the browser’s native picker. Available sources and audio sharing depend on your browser and operating system; some mobile devices cannot start a screen share.
Is chat saved after the meeting?
The last 100 messages are available while the room exists. Chat is not an archive: rooms are temporary and their content disappears when they expire or the service restarts.
Do I need an account?
No, the preview runs in a browser with camera and microphone permission, without an account. Share the room link with your group; each person can join using their own Internet connection.
